Macon, Ga., is known for all kinds of music: gospel, jazz, classical, blues, rhythm and blues, country and Southern rock. Capricorn Records was founded in Macon, and music legends such as Otis Redding, Little Richard, the Allman Brothers and Jason Aldean all have roots in, or connections, to the city.
